- Manage end-to-end recruitment for plant positions
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures
- Coordinate performance appraisal cycle
- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Factory Act)
- Manage HR MIS and reporting
- 1-3 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliances
- Experience with HRMS systems
- MBA/PGDM in HR from a recognized institution
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- PF and Gratuity as per statutory norms
