Job Description

A rapidly growing FinTech company is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive new business acquisition and manage key client relationships in the B2B segment.

This is a high-impact role with direct reporting to the VP of Sales and significant growth potential within the organization.

Responsibilities

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals
- Collaborate with product team on custom requirements
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Requirements

- 2-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in FinTech/BFSI
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- MBA from a reputed institution preferred
- Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
